Basics

The purpose for this module is to provide the practitioner with the 10 core hand positions, 7 core stances, 10 core kicks or 26 when including their jump and spin variations, 13 core blocks,  and 20 core strikes  required to begin their quest of becoming and authentic martial artist.

The goal of the module is to teach the practitioner the core concepts that are to be built on as each new technique, form, self-defense, and combat drill is introduced to their training.
