Cadet (8-12 Yr.)

The Martial Arts Cadet program is designed to develop 8-12 year old youth to excel in any and all sports. The whole process begins with learning how to follow instructions, respect authorities, show kindness to others, learn self control, leadership, and goal setting.  They learn these while continuing to develop their flexibility, strength, balance, acrobatics, and partnered drills.  The cadets will also work on conduct, memory, and safety all while making friendships that may last a lifetime.

The Cadet classes are typically 1 hour in length and occur 3 to 5 times a week. Parents are encouraged to monitor their youth as they perform their requirements at home through out the week.  This will allow more time to  work the Skills and Drills during class time. Parents are welcome to subscribe.

Implemented properly the Martial Arts Cadet  program provides the school owner and student up to 5 years (10 semesters) of fitness and development training to prepare the students for theAdult Fitness or Authentic Adult Martial Arts classes no matter what style and or discipline  that is offered at the local school.
